SHIPPING & RETURNS

As every item is individually hand cut and sewn under the made to order model, your garment is typically created and delivered within a 2-4 week time frame. Details are e-mailed to you once your parcel is on the way.

New Zealand & Australia

New Zealand - $6 flat overnight delivery once your garment is complete.

Australia - Postage is $25NZD for traced international post. Timeframe is 3-5 working days for delivery once your garment has been completed.

 

Rest of the world
We are happy to ship to you anywhere in the world, when checking out select WORLDWIDE OTHER and add a note for a quote. We will then contact you finding the most economical price. Please note we will only ever ship with a tracking so that you can rest assure where ever you are in the world, your order is tracked.

Returns & Refunds
We ask that your select your items carefully. As all of our items are made to order, we do not offer a refund if an item is the wrong size and/or change of mind. In the instance, we have another size in the garment available an exchange may be able to be completed otherwise a store credit is to be issued upon return of the item.

Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to discuss by entering the contact us form.

Items must be in their original condition with tags and we reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges if signs of wear are visible or are outside of the specified date.

A refund will only be given if a garment arrives and it is faulty. Refunds will not be issued if a garment doesn't fit or suit you.

 

Please return your order using a traceable method as we are not responsible for any lost packages sent to us.
